If our company specialization meets your requirements or you have decided to involve us in program development for any other reason we suggest you to take a look at the software development order form we use.

    To order the software development:

  1. To place an order for a program development, send us its description and requirements via e-mail. Please, state your company name, contact person name, e-mail and other contact information.

  2. We will evaluate an approximate time and cost of development within 48 hours after receiving a letter.

  3. After receiving a requirement specification , we prepare a program development contract. As a rule terms of a program creation depend on the level of a project complexity. The final project cost depends on the time spent for it’s development and a number of programmers involved in a project + a percent of ready-made solutions cost in case they were used. Delivery method also influences the cost.

  4. Development process starts right after payment in advance is received (usually 5-20% from the total cost). Development terms are stated in the contract. During a development process we will present provisional versions of a program in order to provide means of progress monitoring. Those should be followed by payments in equal parts (up to 50%). There are also additional methods of payment available which can be mentioned in an additional contract.

  5. After finishing the development an acceptance certificate is signed by both parties and the rest of project cost is paid.

  6. You receive the software and documentation on a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. Supplying sources is stipulated in an additional contract. Anyhow sources written during a development period are handed over to a customer. Ready-made solutions sources supplying is stipulated separately.
